3 cups Blueberries or 4 cups Sliced Peaches
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Butter (for Peach Filling)
In medium saucepan, heat til hot.
1 1/2 T Corn Starch
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Nutmeg (for Peach Filling)
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
Whisk together dry ingredients then whisk in water.
Add Sugar Mixture to Fruit Mixture
Pour Filling into Baking Pan.
Preheat oven to 375F
2 T Sugar
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 T Baking Powder
4 T Butter
Cut Butter into Dry Ingredients.
1 cup Heavy Cream or Milk.
Stir Milk into Mixture until combined.
Drop Small Pieces of Topping over Fruit Mixture.
Bake about 35 - 40 minutes or/and cobbler is completely cook in center.
Also for a great mixture. Toss in a handful of Blueberries or Red Raspberries to the Peach Filling.
