South Haven Ice Prakers Festiva.

South Haven is having its Fourth Season of Ice Breakers.

Starting Feb 4,5,&6th downtown South Haven Presented by Village Market Food Center.  Just call the South Haven Chamber of Commerce at 269-637-5171 for more information or go to southhavenmi.com and get a print out of the activities.

They are going t have and Ice Skating Rink down town.
Friday 4-9PM Saturday Noon -10PM  Sunday Noon - 6PM  Admission $3.50, Skate Rental $3.50 come bring the kids for something to do and have some winter fun.
Their are other  pre-festival events starting on Saturday Jan 22, From Ice Carving with the Experts, Village Marked Chili Cook Off, and the Village market Ice Carving Demonstration.

Van Raalte Farm
Get some great exercise on the cross country ski trails groomed by Holland Recreation and Parks Division at Van Raalte Farm.  Van Raalte Farm Cross Country ski trails are accessible from either the 16th Street or the 24th street entrances.

Sledding Rules
* Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to Holland Recreation Division At  616-355-1130
*Sled at your own risk, Sledding is a high risk activity.  The City of Holland provides no supervision of hill conditions or activities.
*Open Hours for sledding:  Sunday- Thursday, Dawn to 10am: Friday and Saturday, Dawn to 11pm
* No building jumps!
*No alcohol or pets allowed on sledding hill
*No snowboards or skis allowed on sledding hill

* Sled only in designated areas
*Make sure hill and run out areas are clear before descending.
*Do not walk up sledding run!
* Use the Ramp to the side of the hill

This coming weekend the Fenn Valley winery is having their chili cook off bring a dish to pass to get in.

One of my Juice plus distributors came to J. Paule's Fenn Inn to learn some about her office and we were having a wonderful snow day... thought you may like to see it... the south east side  of our B&B yard.

are not the flowers the best, The weather is great for Cross county skiing .  Do you have a Snow Mobil?  Allegan County wood has groomed trails just for you ... Come see us at J. Paule's Fenn Inn.. One nights are ok during off season....

Tiffy was loved and will be missed.

It is a sad day today we are going to have to put our dog Tiffy to sleep, she is 16 years old and is not doing well at all.  We have been blessed for may years to have her greet our guest at the Inn... she will be missed...by all.
