That is the motto of Kathy the owner of the Kalico Kitchen , it has its own Certified Black Angus Meat market out back, Bakery and Deli, Catering and just some go old down home cooking from Turnip Greens w/ ham hocks and cornbread to a bowl of beans w/ham hocks and cornbread to Broasted chicken,yum. You will love there food and in the summer they have bike rentals... so book early.
